Charlie Stevens died from an irreversible brain injury he sustained when Randhawa hit him with his car at Goolwa, south of Adelaide. The more serious charge of causing death by dangerous driving and a charge of failing to truly answer questions were dropped.Commissioner Stevens and his family are preparing to address the media outside court.
