Emergency services rushed to Greenfield Park in Erskbank Street at around 8.15pm after receiving reports of an incident. A 16-year-old boy was found with serious injuries and subsequently blue-lighted to hospital.
Officers have confirmed a male youth of the same age has been arrested in connection with the incident. The investigation is ongoing and a significant presence will remain in the area.
