While locking the front door of their home on Sunday afternoon, the victim noticed an unknown person getting inside their vehicle and driving away, police said.
A 14-year-old is in custody after stealing a car with a 3-year-old inside it on Sunday afternoon in Harrisburg.
When police arrived at the scene, they contacted the vehicle owner who’s also the parent of the child. Police said officers from multiple jurisdictions responded to the area to assist with the large search for the vehicle and the child. An hour later, the vehicle was spotted and stopped in the area of South 22nd and Brookwood streets.
