Four teenagers have been arrested after allegedly threatening a man in a Melbourne shopping centre car park with a pair of pliers and pulling him out of his vehicle.
Victoria Police said the man, aged 52, was sitting in his car at Westfield Southland, in Cheltenham , just after 10pm on Friday when he was approached by three teens.
The victim was not injured and his car was found abandoned at the intersection of Hammond and Cheltenham roads in Dandenong a short time later. Moorabbin detectives also arrested a 14-year-old Cheltenham boy and a 16-year-old Hampton boy in Dandenong's Lonsdale Street about 3am this morning.
