New South Wales Police have charged two teenagers after a large swastika was allegedly scrawled on a public toilet in the Sydney suburb of Dee Why.
Officers were called to the scene on Pittwater Road just after 8.30pm last Wednesday, following reports the toilets had been defaced with graffiti.
