Businesses of all stripes and colors rely more on cloud communication platforms to deliver value to their customers, but face limitations. Telgorithm is a “purpose-built” cloud communications enablement platform that provides compliance-based messaging and voice solutions to SaaS vendors.

You might build your infrastructure around a platform provider’s APIs, launch your product, onboard customers, and have everything go well for a while. But as you scale the product, you’ll start to notice limitations and gaps with your APIs. If your product manager goes back to the platform provider and finds out you used the wrong API, you don’t have any easy options to get you out of that mess.

As a result, the best approach to cloud communication is to build the right foundation with the right vendor from the very beginning. Telgorithm is taking a proactive approach toward understanding our customers’ businesses, use cases, and project goals, so they can start on the right footing.: There’s a massive market behind cloud communications that grow as more business and commerce is conducted online.

Our first product, compliance-based messaging , will center on the customer, and feature improvements will optimize the text message compliance workflow for product managers. This means we’re going to be heavily focused on user experience design. And our learnings will waterfall into our integrated voice application, which we’re tackling as part of our seed raise.

We’re addressing this problem by giving the headless communication APIs an application that can guide growing and established SaaS companies as they add compliance-based messaging or phone functionality to their platform. Although that’s not a new concept, we believe that bringing some level of customer influence into how we think about our product roadmap will allow us to retain relevance as a provider. As customers and use cases continue to evolve, so will our platform.
