Rescue charities across the region are looking for households willing to open their homes, and their hearts, to a feline friend. With many cats currently up for adoption, some have been waiting too long for their forever home.
From abandoned pets that were saved by the public to strays found on the streets, here we have put together a list of 10 cats that are up for adoption in Merseyside, and where to find them - from the RSPCA to Freshfields in Sefton.At two years old, Porcini was brought to Freshfields with five one-week-old kittens. Described as a sweetheart with a lovely temperament, Porcini is very confident.
Luna hasn't had the best start in life, and staff will be so glad to find her the forever home she deserves. Luna is a big softie, and she will be ready for adoption very soon.Aged three, Chase was brought to the rescue under threat of being put to sleep. After managing to make room, his personality has come through as a friendly boy.
