Customers will only have just over a month to take advantage of the price cuts
Tesco has slashed the price of a sunny holiday essential item as the Easter holiday rapidly approaches.
The supermarket giant confirmed it will cut the cost of more than 140 sun protection products on Clubcard Prices over the next six weeks. It said the new prices will help items more accessible for those planning an outing over the Easter break. It also advised taking advantage of the products in preparation for the summer holidays with unopened suncreams keeping for up to 36 months. The discount will be available in stores and online until April 30.Tom Lye, Tesco’s Category Director for Health, Beauty and Wellness, said: “With Easter holidays and summertime approaching, it’s important that our customers can stay safe in the sun whether at home or abroad.
The supermarket will also host Nivea Sun in some stores to help educate customers on the signs of skin cancer and the best way they can protect their skin.
