Tesco shoppers say they are 'disappointed' as a scheme that let you earn extra Clubcard points is axed - and the supermarket giant has released a statement in response.
Tesco has responded to upset shoppers who say they weren't warned about a change to the Clubcard scheme after a scheme allowing them to earn extra Clubcard points has been scrapped.
"We have now changed the way we collect surveys, and reach out to customers directly for their views. That means we are no longer accepting survey responses through this website. If you have any feedback to share about a store or colleague then please speak to a member of your local in-store team." The supermarket chain added: "We've made this change to get feedback from a more representative sample of customers, across all of our stores," reports Birmingham Live.
