Professional Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand. Customer Understanding: Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver quality service. Innovative Solutions: Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solution selection and application.System Validation: Execute system validation plans and liaise with Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scripts.Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute all allocated test activities for projects.Proven experience in test analysis and quality assurance.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.send your cv to
