Armed with an AR-15-style rifle and a handgun, with an assortment of other firearms also in his vehicle, Garcia opened fire at a shopping mall in Allen, Texas, a city of 109,000 just north of Dallas, per officials. He brought at least 10 rifle magazines to the scene.
