Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas., joined Fox News Digital to discuss combatting the border crisis, and how Republicans should address the crisis if they win back the House in November.
"They are in danger. They're in fear of getting caught, their livestock getting out and it's unconscionable that we're allowing that to happen."
