Police said the 13-year-old girl said Clark offered her money in exchange for sexual favors earlier that day and touched her inappropriately during a previous encounter just weeks prior.On Tuesday, police added, the girl was walking down the street when Clark picked her up and took her to Whataburger.Representatives for the fast food chain did not immediately respond to inquiries regarding the matter.
