Deputies performed a felony stop of the vehicle, but Henry refused to comply and pulled a minor, identified as her 14-year-old daughter, from the vehicle, police said. “At that point, I 100% believed that we had a hostage situation,” Deputy A. Peters said, according to a Friday report."I distinctly remember her at times saying, 'Shoot! Shoot me! Shoot us!'"
