Manchester United won't 'get back to winning trophies' unless the 32-year-old is 'moved on quickly', amid reports of a replacement the club are 'most repeatedly interested' in.
‘That’s his job’ – Keane slams ‘ridiculous’ Man Utd back-patting as £65m replacement lined upRoy Keane has slammed the Manchester United players for patting David de Gea on the back after he won the Golden Glove award, insisting he would “move him on quickly”.
Keane was predictably grumpy about the images, claiming Man Utd need to sign a better goalkeeper if they’re “going to get back winning trophies”. “They’re all patting De Gea on the back there… I’d move him on quickly. He wouldn’t be for me, he’s not going to get Manchester United back winning trophies, absolutely not. The idea that the players are patting him on the back is ridiculous.”
