Dubbed ‘The Body’ thanks to her incredible figure at 60, the supermodel and CEO of global wellness business Welleco is famous for practising what she preaches when it comes to staying well. While she says she “used to survive on as little as four hours sleep as a 90s supermodel”, Elle is now much more dedicated to getting a good night’s rest.
Each $55 jar contains an impressive 30 servings, and there are only 13 calories in each cup of the Elixir, which you can either mix with hot water or the milk of your choice. Elle will typically have a cup of the Evening Elixir every night half an hour before she goes to bed. “The Evening Elixir, a health and beauty-enhancing hot chocolate, is my preferred luxury,” she previously wrote on the Welleco blog.
