Comprising of frontman, guitarist Adam Hann, bassist Ross MacDonald, and drummer George Daniel, the group will take over Finsbury Park on July 2.
Bu that’s not all, as they’ll play alongside dream pop band Cigarettes After Sex, indie-pop singer The Japanese House, and rock bands American Football and Bleachers – the latter fronted by Grammy award-winning record producer Jack Antonoff. The band formed in Cheshire in 2002 after the foursome met at secondary school and later signed to Dirty Hit records. The 1975 will play Finsbury Park in summer for 45,000 fans
They recently made headlines for a number of viral moments to have come out of the At Their Very Best tour, which saw a show-within-a-show stage set-up, featuring a multi-room, house-like arrangement as the backdrop.
