We all know that applying false lashes can be a tricky process, but not for this set of falsies! 😍
Application is relatively simple; if you've tried any other brands of at-home lash extensions, you'll find it's a similar process. You apply the glue to your natural lashes using a wand that basically looks like a tiny mascara brush, then you use the applicator tool to place the segments one at a time underneath your natural lashes just above your lashline.
In my opinion, these look pretty darn natural, even in extreme close up. Since my natural hair color is so light it's clear thatis going on when I wear these, but they definitely aren't as obviously fake as the professional lash extensions I've had done in the past, especially if I'm wearing a little bit of makeup.
Lilac St. claims the lashes last up to seven days, which is shorter than what some more expensive DIY extension options claim, but certainly more than traditional one-and-done strip lashes. The Pro Glue is supposed to last twice as long as the regular glue, which cosmetic chemist notes is likely due to the extra polymer — AMP-acrylates copolymer, to be specific — that only appears in the Pro formula.
