The first ever The Bachelor Australia mansion is back up for rent on the northern beaches.The original The Bachelor Australia mansion from the 2013 season is up for rent on the northern beaches of NSW., has come on the market a number of times since it appeared on the hit TV series 10 years ago.RELATED:With the name La Joie De Vivre, which translates to “the joy of living” in French, the mansion last sold in December 2020, for around $9.5m and comes fully furnished.

It previously sold to freight tycoon Clive Thomas and his wife Lee for $7.05 million in 2016 before undergoing extensive renovations. Agents Raine & Horne describe it as a “World Class Luxury Estate” with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms on a 4091 sqm block.
