Perth’s affluent Cottesloe has attracted boutique asset managers who want to be closer to their millionaire clients.
Perth’s wealthy beachside suburb of Cottesloe, famous for its sunsets and home to some of the nation’s richest people, has quietly grown to become an investing hub in its own right.

Cottesloe is home to several family offices including Rich Lister Tim Roberts’ Warburton Group, gaming billionaire Laurence Escalante’s Lance East Office, and Wen Giving, backed by Malaysia-born property developer Chiu Chi Wen of Selangor Properties and its subsidiary Hawaiian.
