I want someone who is inquisitive, and who is willing to challenge and be challenged, and who is ambitious about what they want to achieve.
One thing I’ve learnt as I’ve become older is that I have weaknesses and I’m not going to address them any more. So I better find people who are strong where I am weak.Having the best team possible is important for leadership.
