Two added benefits are making this trend more viable: 1) an increase in workplaces permitting relaxed wardrobes, and 2) an increase in studios offering shorter “express” classes so members have the opportunity to work out, eat and still be back at their desk within an hour. Many of this year’s popular new gyms offer classes that are only 45 minutes in length; and in fact platform-wide ClassPass users were 33% more likely to book a 45-minute or shorter class in 2018 than they were in 2017.
