The actor, who played Hank Schrader on the hit AMC series, says it’s hard to smoke enough meat to keep up with customers at his Swing Inn Cafe.

The actor, known for playing Drug Enforcement Agent Hank Schrader on the long-running AMC series, is the owner of the Swing Inn Cafe & BBQ, one of the oldest buildings in Old Town Temecula.

The Swing Inn now has three smokers in a yard behind the restaurant to cook brisket and other smoked meats, which pitmaster Alfonso Carbajal said is a 24-hour process.
