The Chaser got the question correct, but the explanation wrong.
A question related to the founding of Celtic Football Club was posed to The Chase star Mark 'The Beast' Labbett - and fans were left annoyed at the answer.
The Daily Record reports that the original question was actually about the year the club was founded, which Mark got correct. Presenter Bradley Walsh read the question out: "What year appears on the badge of Celtic Football Club?".Contestant Lucy had the choice of 1666, 1777 and the correct answer, 1888. As Lucy selected 1777, many football fans would have been screaming at their television screens to change her answer.
