The Chrysler 300C SRT8 Touring Is The Muscle Wagon You Always Wanted (But Still Can't Get In The USA) | Carscoops carscoops

or 392s into Wranglers, Chrysler built the 300 SRT8. The 300C and 300 HEMI both were well-received sedans. Fans loved the even more extreme SRT8 version but here in the states we never received an even rarer beast, the Chrysler 300 SRT8 Touring.

This isn’t the same Touring trim found on many US models of the 300 either. This is a 300 SRT8 Wagon built in the factory and then heavily modified with a peak power figure featuring 500 horses. When we say heavily modified, that’s putting it a bit light if we’re honest. The original car made just 431 horses.from the original car but now it’s sporting a bevy of performance upgrades.

Then there’s the trio of screens. The center control stack features a fairly standard center screen but what’s surprising, for a car made in 2007, are the other two in the back. On each front seat headrest is another tablet-style display for each rear seat passenger. The interior upholstery is upgraded with quilted leather., isn’t. It’s actually a very gaudy hand-painted orange accent atop the original black paint. The rear decklid and canards are custom carbon fiber pieces too.
