Russian President Vladimir Putin has been using body doubles to avoid public appearances amid seriously ill health, according to a Ukrainian military intelligence chief.
Major-General Kyrylo Budanov reportedly said on Ukrainian television this week that Mr Putin’s height and ears appeared to change.“It’s like a fingerprint, each person’s ear picture is unique. It cannot be repeated.
“They have different habits, different mannerisms, different gaits, sometimes even different heights, if you look closely.”
