Marjan, born in 1995 in Tehran, said: ‘I always change my identity at the exact moment I begin to feel empty.’Meysam Azarzad, of the collective Iranian Women of Graphic Design , designed this poster, which includes a quote from the 11th-century epic Shahnameh by Ferdowsi: ‘This massive army is useless. Indeed, a single fighting girl is worth hundreds of thousands of them.’
