Sky News host Rowan Dean says a renewed form of racism has emerged from the hard left who are “demanding a new stereotype” be put on African-Americans, one where “you have to be a victim of an injustice perpetrated not by a black person”.
Mr Dean told Sky News for those on the hard left or even the “normal left” the only black

Insanity 'is gripping the American left' | Sky News AustraliaPresident of the Center of the American Experiment John Hinderaker says the fact US President Donald Trump is being blamed for the current riots in America demonstrates 'the insanity that has gripped a number of people on the American left'. \n\nHe said Americans are having a 'very tough spring' following the coronavirus shutdowns and now this 'terrible incident' taking place. \n\nPolice and protesters are facing off in another night of unrest in the United States as violent demonstrations continue to erupt over the death of Mr Floyd.\n\nMr Floyd died after a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for more than eight minutes as he told them 'I can't breathe'.\n\nNationwide protests have subsequently been sparked across the country, leading to violence, the burning of buildings and further deaths and arrests. \n\nMr Hinderaker told Sky News host Andrew Bolt 'suburbs have been burned to the ground' following the widespread protests. \n\nHe also said the police department involved in the incident is 'one which has been troubled for quite a few years'. \n\nHowever he said, 'there are a lot of people in our country … who are just looking to create a racial crisis, that’s just a fact, that’s the world we live in'. \n\n

‘Leftist middle class anarchists’ in London attempt to justify violence | Sky News AustraliaThe London protests were full of “middle class, leftist, university educated anarchists” who were excusing and justifying the looting seen across the US according to Spiked editor Brendan O’Neill.\n\nThousands of Londoners took to the streets on Sunday in solidarity with the ongoing US protests over the death of unarmed African American George Floyd. \n\nDemonstrators in the city could be heard chanting “black lives matter” and “say my name George Floyd” in the central London squares.\n\n“They claim they’re offering solidarity to George Floyd and to legitimate protests in America, but what they’re also doing is excusing or even justifying some of the looting that we’ve seen,” Mr O’Neill.\n\nMr O’Neill told Sky News host Andrew Bolt the protesters in London are “offering these convoluted justifications for what is an incredibly destructive form of behaviour”.\n\nHe pointed to the similarities in “police tactics” currently used in the US to those of French police during the Yellow vests movements, while “these people in London didn’t get off their couches and didn’t protest”.\n\n“Police violence or police brutality or police excess is bad in Trump’s America but absolutely fine in Macron’s France”.\n\nImage: AP
