The exhibition, which made its U.S. debut at Lighthouse ArtSpace Cleveland last week, delivers on their magical promise as the ginormous, 90-million-pixel display engulfs you in the world of Disney animation.
want guests to feel like they’re inside their favorite Disney films. To pull it off, Lighthouse Immersive, the same studio behind Immersive Van Gogh, uses 50 digital projectors to bring some of the most memorable Disney moments to life on the walls, floors and ceiling of its 500,000-cubic foot gallery at E. 72nd St. and St. Clair.
“Imagine journeying through Zootopia with Judy Hopps, diving to the ocean floor with Ariel or flying on a magic carpet with Aladdin,” the show’s marketing teases. “This is where the Disney Animation: Immersive Experience takes you.”
