New statistics from Ray White shows luxury streets in Strathmore, Berwick and Greenvale are ranked among the most expensive in Melbourne.
Toorak is Melbourne's poster child for luxury living, but new data shows some of the city's most expensive streets are in suburbs where you would least expect them.
"We've got such great shops, amenities, direct access to the freeway for the airport and the CBD and four great schools," Elliott said.One homeowner on the street is seeking about $3 million for their five bedroom, three bathroom designer home, which is double the suburb's median.Sunset Drive in Chirnside Park has a median house price four times the suburb's average of $909,000.
"Every suburb has it's best street and often that street is well known," Ray White's Nerida Conisbee said.
