has added a new panel to this year's Live Music Summit: "The New VIP – How Record Demand Is Shaping Fan Experiences."
The New VIP will look at how artists and touring shows race to meet new fan demands for access, experiences and meet-and-greets as ticket prices continue to rise, up nearly 12% this year.
“As consumer demand continues to reach record heights, artists and promoters are packaging their tours with more exclusive experiences than ever before to deliver a return on fan investment,” says panelist, founder of entertainment marketing agency Killian + Company. “New technologies and innovative brands are helping to redefine the VIP ticket, from sharing the stage with the Jonas Brothers to dynamic pricing for the mega-fan.
