Yet, the commission will reach the end of another season without anyone with real football experience at their table and a word every four months or so from the chairman explaining what is happening. All premiership coaches have that quality, but at times it recedes like the tide when the pressure is on and the results don’t fall their way.
Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has taken the team to a drought breaking premiership and a grand final in eight completed seasons.Beveridge can coach, but he must accept his methods being questioned during such a review and, depending on where their season ends, new ideas will be critical to ensuring any review is successful.
