Given the challenges facing business, this year’s cohort of BOSS Young Executives need to be curious and able to learn quickly – and they have those qualities in spades.

Curiosity and an ability to learn quickly are key traits that bind the six BOSS Young Executives for 2022, the competition’s founding judge, Bonnie Boezeman, says.

“They’re all looking at a new challenge, whether it comes from an energy angle or production, or new technology that’s changing lives,” she says. “They have come to grips with the new normality in business and in society, and they are leading,” he says.Fellow judge and Westpac director, Nerida Caesar, is impressed by the young executives’ broad understanding of the way business operates and what it takes to drive performance.
