Sharon Gilham talks Wheel Of Time Season 2
Summary Prime Video's hit fantasy series, The Wheel of Time, is back with new dangers for the heroes to face. The young friends from the Two Rivers, now scattered across the world, will face threats both new and old. The woman who brought them together is now powerless, so they must search for a new source of strength in each other.
Sharon Gilham: So this is the Seanchan World, which is a new culture for Season Two and I think quite hotly anticipated, so I've heard. It's a huge culture, and very exciting one for the storytelling actually, because they're the bad evil people who appear on the horizon in ships. So there's lots of stuff written in the books about who they are, and the detailed descriptions of the way they look, so I've taken some of those things.
Sharon Gilham: Yeah, so I did work on season 1, so I kind of came in as a newbie really, but also lots of characters have changed, have moved on, and gone into different cultures. They're all separated in their own worlds.
