For Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden there are times when he "doesn't know what room he's in" but he can still beat the US president "by focusing on the Trump persona" according to Sky News contributor Graham Richardson.
Mr Richardson said while there are times Joe Biden doesn't know what room he's in, conversely US President Donald Trump "does know what room he's in and is determined to blow it up". Mr Richardson said the "Trump persona is becoming increasingly irritating to people". He said Mr Biden must "play the man and not the ball because I think that's a lot easier in this occasion".
