OPINION: There is a way to take down Trump and it's not impeachment
From the first turbulent moments of Donald Trump's presidency some Democrats have found solace in thinking that he might be impeached, the highest rebuke that Congress can deliver to an American president.
That's because a summary of Mr Mueller's report, released on Sunday, did not conclude that Mr Trump committed any of the"high crimes and misdemeanours" that are thought to be necessary for impeachment. "These actions are, in sum, an attack on the very foundations of America's constitutional democracy," the magazine declared.
