He was caught in the premises with a woman
Kevin Hagan, 44, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week following the incident on October 17, 2019.
The employee attended and spotted lights on the sixth floor and made his way there, where he noticed Hagan and a woman.The pair complied and they were challenged as to why they were there.“Police attended and spoke to Hagan, who was now on Gordon Street. He was arrested and conveyed to Govan police office.
“He’s now been sober for over a year. He’s not been using illicit substances and not consuming alcohol.Foundation. They deal with people who had addiction issues and help them move forward. Sheriff Valerie Mays said: “Theft attracts a custodial sentence, but I'm minded to impose a restriction of liberty order.”
