The expensive equipment stolen overnight did not belong to the Chicago Bears, a stadium spokesperson said.
A Bears spokesperson confirmed the team has not had any property stolen from Soldier Field.
A John Deere utility vehicle left at the scene of the theft at Soldier Field where thieves stole $100,000 worth of equipment. “Unfortunately, you can’t put a security guard by everything,” Serra said. “We hope that this is just a one-off.”
