Sheriff's officials said officers stopped a 49-year-old suspect at a security checkpoint in Coachella, California, late on Saturday afternoon, in a black SUV. It is alleged the man, named by media outlets as Vem Miller, had two weapons - a loaded shotgun and handgun - and fake press, VIP passes in his possession.Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco claimed on Sunday"we probably stopped another assassination attempt", The New York Post reported.The 49-year-old Las Vegas local was arrested and later booked at a detention centre for possessing a loaded firearm and a high capacity magazine.
