What you’re looking at is
known as the ‘Celebration Edition.’ It was built to celebrate Porsche building 100,000 examples of the 944 and capped at just 500 units. A handful of distinctive features make it stand out from a regular 944.only offered the 944 Celebration Edition in Zermatt Silver Metallic or Satin Black Metallic. It also equipped the car with 16-inch ‘telephone dial’ wheels wrapped in 205/55 front and 225/50 rear tires. Integrated fog lights are also found up front.
Power comes courtesy of a 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated inline-four cylinder engine that produced 158 hp and 155 lb-ft of torque when new. While the odometer currently reads a touch over 58,000 miles , the seller notes that the odometer stopped working under previous ownership and had to be repaired, meaning the car’s total mileage isn’t known.
