Ben Shephard is very much the 'lead anchor' of This Morning as his co-host Cat Deeley 'relies on him' since they took to the helm of the show, a body language expert has revealed
Since taking to the presenting helm of This Morning earlier this month, Cat Deeley has been 'relying' on Ben Shephard to lead the way during the show, body language expert Darren Stanton has revealed.
"While I do think Cat has grown in confidence, she still relies on Ben to an extent. They’re not yet on par with each other. At the moment, Ben is very much the lead anchor of the show and gives Cat confidence, which is clear," he said. Adding that any signs of nervousness from Cat's side appear to have gone, Darren shared that she has certainly settled in. Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, he added: "She seems a lot more confident in her own skin compared to previous episodes. We’re not seeing any signs of nervousness that we saw in the first few weeks of her presenting."
While she may have taken over the presenting role from Holly, Cat is keen to make her own mark on the show and not become another version of her - a source recently told OK!.
