ThisMorning star breaks silence on Phillip Schofield quitting show
Matthew Wright has admitted he is "gutted" that Phillip Schofield has stepped down from hosting This Morning after 21 years.
Matthew has become the first regular This Morning guest to address the news that Phillip won't be returning to the show, making it clear that he is unhappy about his resignation. Another added: "I agree with you @Matthew_Wright I'm absolutely gutted @Schofe has left #ThisMorning won't be the same."Matthew spoke out about the allegations that Holly and Phillip were "no longer speaking off camera" earlier this week after appearing on the show.
"Throughout my career in TV – including the very difficult last few days – I have always done my best to be honourable and kind.
