More than 45 per cent of workers say working from home makes it easier to interview for a job with a new employer, potentially encouraging more job switching.

“I did take a few interviews at the time. And all of them were on video and I was able to accommodate maybe two a week, whereas if I had to do that in person, I probably wouldn’t have been able to go out for interviews and take leave for two days in a week,” she said. James Jayesuria, partner and managing director of Nature, said that as a business owner, he had found it easier to conduct interviews when interviewees were working at home.
