Almost 4000 luxury SUVs made by Kia have been recalled in Australia due to concerns their indicator lights may not work properly.

Vehicle Recalls department has put out a notice for 3873 2022-model Kia Sorentos.READ MORE:"If the turn indicators do not illuminate as intended, other road users would be unable to identify if the vehicle is turning.

"This could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users," the notice warns. "Owners of affected vehicles should immediately contact their preferred Kia dealer to schedule an appointment to have the multi-function switch software updated, free of charge."The models affected are the MQ4 Sorento and MQ4 HEV Sorento.due to a wiring fault creating a fire risk.
