Kyle Cruikshank appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday and pled guilty to three charges, sentence was deferred for background reports and he will return at a later date.

Kyle Cruickshank is stated to have pursued a racially aggravated course of conduct towards Barnaby Rose at the Maryhill office. The 32-year-old pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff court to three charges yesterday.

The charge said he "repeatedly uttered derogatory and offensive remarks" between June 2020 and September 2021. He also assaulted Rachel Kerr at a the same station when he squirted the contents of a bottle onto her face in 2020. A final charge stated Cruickshank further behaved in a threatening or abusive manner between March 2017 and April 2022. Cruickshank was hauled into the dock where he pled guilty to the three charges and sentencing was deferred for background reports by Sheriff Thomas Millar where more information surrounding the circumstances will be heard.
