Three customers weren't happy as they didn't receive the emergencyalert
When the emergency alert went off at 3pm today , thousands of users on the Three network found that their phones remained silent.
However, one of the main common themes with people's complaints is that they are on the Three phone network.Suzi Watts took to Twitter to say: "So it turns out because my mobile network is Three I didn't get the emergency alert and a lot of people on Three also didn't." Alex Willcox said: "No #EmergencyAlert for me. Looks like I'm being left to die in whatever earthquake/tsunami/tornado is happening.
Michael Harris chimed in to say: "No emergency alert notifications on Three network - ThreeUK clearly failed. Even if one person out of every 10 decides their safety is more important than mobile network, they’re gonna lose customers #emergencyalert #three" Natalie Lord said: "I didn't get the alert today and I'm on ThreeUK , don't know if that's anything to do with it as alot of others on Three are saying the same
