A car was travelling near Grafton on the NSW north coast when it struck a tree and killed the 43-year-old driver and two children inside the vehicle.
A twin cab utility was travelling along Kangaroo Creek Road, Coutts Crossing, about 30km south of Grafton when it left the roadway and struck a tree, according to police.
Police said the driver was a 43-year-old man, with two passengers, a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl. "The driver, a 43-year-old man, and two passengers, a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl, died at the scene."
