Harbor Bay Hospitality, a Chicago-based group, hinted at further expansions in other cities in a press release. “Known for their relationship-focused, honest approach to business, Harbor Bay Hospitality pairs the Whalen brothers’ passion for hospitality and knack for design with leading food and beverage knowledge to create unrivaled experiences,” a press release states.
