A Brisbane home was 'destroyed' by fire overnight, with three men taken to hospital.
abc.net.au/news/qld-hawthorne-fire-forbes-three-taken-to-hospital-in-brisbane/102752348Three people have been taken to hospital after a fire caused a home to partially collapse in Brisbane's east overnight.Emergency crews were called to the blaze on Forbes Street just after 8pm on Saturday.
One man, in his 40s, suffered serious burns to his head, chest, back, arms and legs and was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.Queensland Fire and Emergency Services confirmed one home was "destroyed", while another had three-quarters damaged by the blaze, and a third had minor damage to its roof.Fire investigators will examine the scene today to try to find the cause of the blaze, but at this stage police have said it is not being treated as suspicious.
