Victoria Police have charged three additional teenagers for their alleged involvement in the stabbing of a 41-year-old homeless man in Bendigo last Thursday. The victim was attacked by a group of teenagers and remains in hospital in a serious condition. The accused, aged 15 and 17, are due to appear in children's court.

A 41-year-old man was allegedly attacked about 9pm on Thursday in central Bendigo by a group of four teenagers. Two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy are expected to appear in a children's court this evening. Three more teenagers have been charged over their alleged involvement in the stabbing of a homeless man in Bendigo last Thursday. Victoria Police said two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy were arrested while search warrants were executed this morning.
All three were interviewed and charged with intentionally causing injury, affray and assault with a weapon. Police had already arrested and charged a 16-year-old boy in relation to the alleged stabbing on similar charges with the addition of committing an indictable offence while on bail. The 41-year-old victim, who had been living on the streets, was allegedly attacked on Thursday about 9pm at Bath Lane in central Bendigo.
The man was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital in a serious condition.
